The management committee is responsible for the administration of the leisure centre, including use of the facilities and setting charges.
The committee meets twice a year and is responsible for receiving the centre's annual report and business plan.

- Three West Dorset District Councillors - see below

- One Dorchester Town Councillor - S Jones
- One representative of the Thomas Hardye Foundation Trustees - S Harries
- One representative of the Thomas Hardye School Governors
- The Headteacher of the Thomas Hardye School - I Melvin or their representative
- One representative of the Dorchester Swimming Bath Trustees - K Lambert
- Two representatives of the users of the centre - P Noble
