Gryphon Leisure Centre Management Committee
The management committee is responsible for the administration of the leisure centre, including use of the facilities and fixing of charges.
The committee meets twice a year and is responsible for receiving the centre's annual report and business plan.

Membership
The leisure centre management committee is made up of the following members:
- Three West Dorset District Councillors - see below
- One Dorset County Councillor - M Bevan
- One Sherborne Town Councillor - S Clayton
- Two representatives of the Gryphon School Governors - C Boyce and C Moses
- The Headteacher of Gryphon School or their representative - S Hillier
- Two co-opted representatives of the users of the centre - S Axe and L Cheney
