    Dorset POPP is primarily a partnership between Dorset County Council, NHS Dorset, the Third Sector and older people. However, the programme has developed a robust working partnership that extends beyond this and includes a range of other service providers, including Dorset Fire and Rescue, Dorset Police, libraries, community matrons, community pharmacies and others.

    Dorset Funding Adviser's Network (DOFAN) is an independent network of Funding Advisers who work throughout Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole. Its members give free funding advice to the voluntary sector, and social enterprises to help them access funds.

    The SW Centre of Excellence (SWCoE) became operational in January 2005 with the arrival of two programme managers and an office administrator, joining the Director Julian Morley to bring the total staff to four people.
