Forward plan
The district council produces a forward plan of key decisions to be taken by the Executive Committee.
A key decision is one which is likely to:
- Have a significant effect on the council's budget
- Have a significant effect on communities living or working in two or more council wards
A key decision can only be made in accordance with the requirements of the Executive Committee procedure rules set out in part four of the council's constitution.
The district council produces a forward plan of decisions to be taken by the Executive Committee. The forward plan covers a four month period and will be published on the dates listed below. The forward plan comes into effect on the first day of every month and subject to exemptions, copies of any document listed in the plan may be obtained.
