The delivery of educational opportunities for lifelong learning through a wide range of vocational and general interest courses.
The delivery of services in the following areas; archives, museums, libraries including the school library service and the arts.
The delivery of services in respect of; emergency planning, registration service, trading standards and Drug Action and Community Safety.
