Licensing Committee
The Licensing Committee provides an efficient and effective licensing and regulatory system in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 and local policies. It also investigates breaches of licensing controls.
The Licensing Committee has 10 members and meets on a quarterly basis. It is responsible for:-
- Licensing under the Licensing Act 2003
- Public Entertainment Licences and other Licences
