The Local Land Charges section maintains a Statutory Register of Local Land Charges which is updated on a daily basis to ensure the reliability of the information provided to conveyancers. We also administer requests for local authority searches, providing the answers to form LLC1 enquiries and facilitating the responses to the CON29 enquiry forms.

We can receive requests electronically and using the postal service.  We are not on Document Exchange system (DX).

You can register to use our on-line local land charge (opens in a new window)  service free of charge.  If you use our service you just pay for searches that you submit at the cost shown on the table below.

We are connected to the National Land Information Service (opens in a new window) at level 3.
