Dorset County Council has entered into an agreement with
Parents and Children Together (PACT) (opens in a new window) 
for all work associated with adoption from abroad.
PACT is able to provide a complete specialist service to applicants living in the Dorset County Council area wishing to adopt from abroad, including advice, assessment, PACT adoption panel, approval, and dealings with the DfES (Department for Skills and Education).
