A flexible bus operates on a 'demand responsive' basis. This means the route is not fixed and the service runs only when requested by the passengers in the area where it operates. Some services will have 'demand responsive' elements within journeys that will mean the bus will only divert to particular stops by prior booking.

Anyone can use this flexible bus service. The drivers will be pleased to help passengers who have impaired mobility and the buses are fully accessible.

When can I book it?

You can arrange a journey up to an hour before your request for travel, regular passengers are able to book journeys up to two weeks in advance subject to availability. If you are a wheelchair user, please book the day before travelling.
