Community Development Workers
POPP employs three Community Development Workers who support local activities and opportunities for older people in their area.
They work alongside Leaders and Wayfinders to identify local issues and ensure that local people and service providers are working closely together.

- Access to Food and Nutrition in Dorset
Due to the declining numbers of people using the WRVS delivered Meals on Wheels Service, as well as Dorset County Council responding to a changing agenda that is more 'person centred' and focusing on health promotion, well-being and independence - services in Dorset have changed considerably in response to this.
