How to get involved with the evaluation Dorset POPP
Everyone living or working in the Dorset County Council area is a stakeholder of the Dorset POPP.
- Perhaps you (or someone you know) has been involved in a POPP funded project or has experienced the POPP Wayfinder service
- Maybe you are aware of the activities of your local POPP Community Leader
- Perhaps you have not come across POPP yet, but have a view about how things could be working better for older people in your area
- We're also interested to hear from people who work to deliver health, social and other community services across Dorset, whether you've been in contact with POPP or not
