Business rates - online services

Online services including viewing your account, rateable values and your benefit claims.

View your account details

If you are a ratepayer, you can view your account details online. If you have entered into an agreement with your council to be notified of bills and adjustment notices by e-mail, you can also access these online.

Select the 'online services' link for the council that deals with your account. Please note Christchurch Borough Council and East Dorset District Council do not currently have this facility in place.

First time users will need to register to use online revenues and benefits services. Registration is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Once registered, follow the instructions for linking your account to your user profile.

For users who have already registered and linked their account, simply log in and select the relevant option to view your up-to-date information.

View rateable values

Once in the online services link for the appropriate council that deals with the area in which the property is located select the link for 'Non-Domestic Rates' and then 'View Non-Domestic Rates Rateable Values'.

Council tax - you can view the valuation band of any property and if you pay council tax you can access your account details
Housing/council tax benefit - if you receive housing and/or council tax benefit you can view details of your benefit claim
Landlords - if you are paid housing benefit in respect of your tenant(s), you can view details of your payments and any overpayments
