Freedom of Information - advice
The Freedom of Information Act has been in force since 1 January 2005 and all councils in Dorset are committed to providing the public with as much information as possible.

National fraud initiative
All local authorities are required by law to protect the public funds they administer. They may share information provided to them with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds, in order to prevent and detect fraud.
