Councillors - declaration of interest
All county and district councillors are required to list their financial and other interests in a register.
The list of those interests that councillors are required to register are set out in the code of conduct for members.
The registers of councillors' interests are public documents and may be viewed at any time during office hours. They are located as follows:
- Christchurch Borough council – at the council's offices
- Dorset County Council – held by the Democratic Services Unit at County Hall
- East Dorset District Council – at the council offices
- West Dorset District Council – held by the Democratic Services Team, Stratton House, Dorchester
- Weymouth and Portland Borough Council Register of Members' Interests
