East Dorset Countryside Management Service
The Rangers of the East Dorset Countryside Management Service are responsible for Moors Valley Country Park and 20 other countryside sites in the East Dorset district.
The role of the Rangers is to:
- Maintain and manage all countryside sites owned by the Council for the benefit of people and wildlife.
- Provide a comprehensive programme of events to allow people to explore, learn and enjoy the East Dorset region.
- Provide an environmental education programme to help foster a greater degree of understanding and appreciation of our environment and its wildlife.
