Unpaid fines
The process for dealing with unpaid fines varies depending on whether a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) or an Excess Charge Notice (ECN) has been issued.
To find out which notice will have been issued and how the council will pursue any unpaid fines, please select the council who has issued the parking fine.
