Teaching staff
Leeson House has three permanent tutors all of whom are fully qualified teachers. Between them they have many years of experience teaching field studies to students of all ages. There are also two trainee tutors who specialise in more of the on-site activities.
Leeson House teaching staff
All of the Leeson House teaching staff are trained and experienced to teach all ages of students. However, each member of staff has their own specialism.
- Barry Cullimore - Centre Manager: Barry is a geology graduate and also a qualified teacher. Barry specialises in teaching GCSE and A-Level geography courses
- Mike Gould - Senior Tutor: Mike has a degree in environmental protection and is also a qualified teacher. Mike specialises in teaching A-Level biology
- Ben Keen - Tutor: Ben is an oceanography graduate and is also a qualified teacher. Ben specialises in teaching GCSE and A-Level geography and biology
- Alison Jay - Trainee Tutor: Alison is an ecology graduate who specialises in teaching early years
- Mark James - Trainee Tutor: Mark has a degree in environmental protection and specialises in Key Stage 2 and circus skills
