Swimming pool
Two Riversmeet Leisure Centre offers a 25m main pool and a 12½m training pool.
Our swimming programme considers the entire community offering various public sessions, fun sessions, disabled sessions, adult and child lessons as well as aquafit classes, children's parties, galas and competitions for local organisations.

Public swimming is available every day from as early as 6.30am Monday to Friday (8am at the weekends and Bank Holidays) and for the fitness enthusiast, there are five water based Aquafit classes, including Deep Water Aqua on a Thursday at 12.05pm during term time.

As for non-swimmers, we provide a variety of classes catering for all ages from babes to adults to develop your skills and confidence in the water.
School holidays
We have two fun sessions at the weekend that includes our 14m inflatable (subject to demand) from 3-4pm, as well as additional inflatable sessions during the school holidays. You can also book an inflatable birthday party for your child. And for a calming experience we even offer adult only sessions during the school holidays.
