How do I become a member of the fitness suite?

Just call us or drop in to arrange an induction, where you will be shown all the necessary health and safety requirements and all the fitness suite equipment. A personal exercise programme will be drawn up for you. The instructor will also discuss membership types and costs during this time. You will then be free to use the fitness suite on your own.

Exercise referral

Under this scheme patients are referred to us through their GP or physiotherapists and are inducted and provided with an exercise programme suited to their needs and abilities. The aim of the scheme is to encourage them to enhance and sustain their quality of life. Contact reception for further details or speak to your GP.

Junior fitness session

We run a supervised session for children aged 11 to 15 years old on Thursdays and Fridays from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. These sessions require the child to have an induction (costs apply) and then pay per visit. Please call reception for more details.

Junior fitness scheme

St Osmunds runs a Junior Fitness Scheme allowing 11 to 15 year olds attend the gym with the attendance of an adult (18+) at any time. We believe in promoting a fitness routine from a young age given the benefits to health and lifestyle. Along with our Junior Fitness Sessions this scheme is very popular.
