Avoid getting an Excess Charge Notice (ECN)
- Buy a ticket from a ticket machine as soon as you park and display it clearly in your front windscreen
- Have the correct money before parking as the machines do not give change (but they do accept overpayments)
- Make sure your coin(s) register on the 'cash paid' screen before pushing the green ticket issue button. This will ensure the correct time limit is given
You may be able to use a Residents Parking Permit, or if you are a regular user you may want to consider buying a Long or Short Stay Season ticket.
