Types of permit
Dorset County Council operates a Residents parking permit scheme across Dorset. Sign plates show the hours of operation of each scheme/zone.
Visitor permits are scratch cards validated by the user for the day/date of use. Each card may only be used once. The cost is £10 for 20 scratch cards. The cost is reduced to £5 for residents aged 60 and over.
