Getting to Cerne Abbas
Cerne Abbas can be reached by car and bus and is a short distance from Sherborne train station.
Road
The main car parking and picnic area is shown on the street map. The centre of the village is only a five minute walk via Duck Street or via the footpath beside the River Cerne. Limited parking is also available in Long Street and on some of the other lanes.
Bus
A limited bus service runs between Dorchester and Sherborne which stops in Cerne Abbas. Details of this service can be found on the

Train
Trains run to Sherborne from London and Exeter and to Dorchester from London via Southampton, Bristol and Weymouth.
