West Dorset Community Plan Review 2009

The new Community Plan runs from 2010-2026 to link into the Local Development Framework and was adopted by the partnership in July.

The West Dorset Partnership began reviewing the Community Plan in April 2009. The review looked at existing consultations, plans and strategies of the partnership member organisations and published parish plans and local area partnership action plans from the district.

As part of the review a series of workshops were held in the summer of 2009 covering the topics of:

  • Housing
  • Transport
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Community safety
  • Environment

If you would like details on the workshop sessions please contact the West Dorset Partnership.
