Information about your local planning committee
Your planning application will either be determined by a planning committee or by senior planning officers who have been delegated the power to make a decision where certain criteria are met. If an application is going to be debated at a committee meeting then the applicant and those who have commented on the application will be informed.

The Planning Board considers all non-delegated applications and delegated applications that have been referred to it under the Delegation Policy. The Board consists of 11 District Councillors and normally meets on the last Thursday of each month starting at 9.15am.
