Schools can choose from three levels of service package - Core, Customised and Pay As You Use (PAYU). Core and Customised subscribers agree a package of services to be provided, at the start of the financial year (or, for new customers, at any point during the year) and pay accordingly, although additional elements can be added at any time. PAYU customers pay for services on a one-off basis as they use them.

Core packages

Core Packages are based on pupil numbers and include all the elements of the service:

• Long-term hire books

• The Exchange and Delivery service

• Short-term topic loans

• The advisory service

• Access to the book purchase scheme

Secondary Core packages also include an annual training course.

Prices for core packages are substantially discounted (approximately 10%)

Customised packages

Customised packages allow schools to tailor either the range or quantity of the services received, or both, to meet their own special circumstances.

PAYU

Non-subscribers can access the topic loans, advisory, training services and the book purchase scheme on a "one-off" basis. For current prices, please contact us.
