- April 2010 Business Rates Revaluation
From April 2010 the rateable value of all businesses will be revalued.
- Small Business Rate Relief from April 2010
If you already receive Small Business Rate Relief you will not need to reapply.
- Transitional Relief Scheme from April 2010
In order to limit the impact of the Revaluation there will be a five year self funding Transitional Relief Scheme starting from 1 April 2010.
