An archaeological investigation was undertaken as part of the planning process.
Construction works commenced on 12 October 2009 and have progressed well despite bad weather in recent weeks.
Foundations are complete as are ground floor precast planks.
The facing brickwork and internal blockwork have commenced, progressing towards installation of the first floor precast planks.
