Do you need to know about accommodation in our area?

Information about the types of housing currently available, including supported accommodation.

Rented properties provided by Housing Associations are known as social rented properties which we have nomination rights to. The types of properties provided include, flats and studio flats, houses, bungalows and properties adapted for specific client groups who have specialised needs. To apply for a social rented property, you need to contact your local housing team to register on the housing waiting list in the area you wish to reside. It is our responsibility to maintain the housing register.

Housing Associations also offer a range of options for people who cannot afford to purchase a property on the open market but are looking to own their own home.

Private landlords have properties to rent, details of which can be found in local newspapers, through letting agents, and on property websites. We can provide you with advice and guidance on how to look for private rented accommodation.
