Landlords' forum
We organise landlords' forums across Dorset to discuss current topics of interest and provide opportunities to meet other landlords and obtain advice from housing specialists.
The main aims of the forum are to:
Provide a focus for discussion on private sector housing issues, including best practice, guidance and legislation
Provide a consultation mechanism with landlords for new policies and procedures
Improve and develop services available to landlords and tenants
We also produce regular Doorstep landlord newsletters providing landlords with up to date information and forum details.
We are particularly keen to hear from landlords who would like to attend forum meetings. These forums are open to anybody involved in private lettings including voluntary groups, advice agencies and those thinking of becoming landlords. In addition landlords are encouraged to suggest topics of interest or concern that they would like to be included at future meetings.
