Purbeck personal inspection of the land charges register

To carry out a personal inspection of the land charges register, please use the following guidelines:

Appointments to carry out an inspection of the local land charges register can be arranged between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

To make an appointment please telephone or email the Local Land Charges section

Please be aware that we currently require at least 3 days' notice to ensure that all relevant information is available when you call.

A plan clearly outlining the land/property must be faxed or emailed to landcharges@purbeck-dc.gov.uk once an appointment has been made.  If no plan is received then the inspection may be cancelled.

The local land charges register is held on computer and searchers are able to view a printout of any entries.  However, this printout is not available to take away so searchers should be equipped to write down any information they require.
