Food Safety Inspection in Purbeck
Registered food premises are inspected at a frequency between 6 months and 5 years; higher risk premises being inspected more frequently.

Inspections are carried out by competent trained officers, who enforce the Food Safety Act 1990, the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006, the General Food Regulations 2004 and all relevant legislation arising from the European Communities Act 1972.
