Parking Policies and Annual Reports
In accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004, local authorities are expected to be accountable and transparent and as such are required to publish annual reports and parking policies.
Dorset County Council is responsible for managing parking on street in most of the County and in some car parks. Annual reports give a snapshot of the parking operation including enforcement, appeals, permitted parking (pay & display, residents) and the parking account.
