Complaints procedure

There may be times when you are unhappy with our service, but we will often be able to resolve this by discussing the issue, or by a simple letter or email of explanation. If you have a particular concern with the service, you should contact a member of staff at the Sports Centre (by phone, email or in person or by letter) and ask that we do something about it. We will not necessarily treat your request as a complaint at this stage.
