Property Services

The Property Services Team are responsible for all buildings and land under the control of the authority.

Council owned property and assets

The property portfolio includes offices, parks, the Pavilion complex, ferry terminal, swimming pools, Crook Hill Depot, crematorium, cemeteries, the beach and Esplanade, Lodmoor Country Park, allotments, visitor centres, Mulberry Centre, the harbour, investment properties including hotels and guest houses on the Esplanade and land in use as lakes, trails, public open space, play areas and Sites of Special Scientific Interest etc.

All housing stock in the Borough was transferred to Synergy Housing who now manage and maintain it. All enquiries regarding this housing stock should be directed to them. Contact details can be found on their website (opens in a new window) .
