Marsh Road / Prince of Wales Road footway scheme
The county council has been asked to prepare a scheme as part of the S106 planning for Asda to improve the footway links between Marsh Road and Prince of Wales Road.
The scheme proposes to extend the footway on the west side of Marsh Road and extend the footpath on the east side of Prince of Wales Road to link in with the junction with Chickerell Road.
Project progress
Detailed scheme design is progressing. A small amount of land is required for the scheme to be delivered.

Construction is currently programmed to start in September 2013.
