The Legal Services team provides a wide range of legal services quickly, effectively and at a very competitive price. This post has 44 staff under direct and indirect line management. The Head of Legal & Democratic Services is also the council's Monitoring Officer. This is a statutory role to ensure high standards of probity and legality in respect of the county council's business.
