Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole Pandemic Flu Plan
This is a multi-agency plan that draws together a range of individual workstreams associated with preparation for pandemic flu.

outlines the strategic arrangements of the Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset Local Resilience Forum (LRF) in connection with preparedness and other initiation arrangements relating to an outbreak of pandemic influenza internationally, nationally, regionally and locally.
This strategic plan depends on tactical and operational plans which are prepared and owned by the various individual agencies and organisations that comprise the LRF.
This strategic plan and the associated tactical plans are constantly reviewed in the light of information received by the LRF from authorised sources and as a consequence of the lessons learned from exercises held locally, regionally or nationally.
This plan will be initiated by the LRF Strategic Command Group following announcement of national UK Alert Level 1.
