It is a technical assessment that is used to inform policy development and does not in itself constitute policy. Sites included within this assessment still have to go through the normal process of allocation through the Local Development Framework and/or a planning application.
NB: The SHLAA is a technical assessment and it is not being published for consultation purposes.
