What information can we provide for you?

The Family Information Service provides a huge range of information which includes:

Childcare, family support services, funding and financial information, clubs and activities, places to go and things to do, play parks and facilities, publications and inclusion services. We also offer information and advice on working in childcare.

The information is available through:

• A telephone helpline open between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Fridays
