If a planning application is refused or not determined by the council within eight weeks there is a right of appeal to the

Appeals register
This document contains a list of appeals made to the Planning inspectorate in recent years and where they are in the appeal process. This includes information on whether the appeal is awaiting statements, a site visit by the Planning inspector is due, or if determined, the result.
