Artz+ Sportz+

Events for children with special needs and disabilities and their families.

The staff team at each event help children make the most of each activity and perhaps try something totally new. One to one support is available, if necessary. In most cases children can be left at the venue by parents/carers.

Artz Sportz Sensory

Artz Sportz Sensory days are specially for children with profound and multiple learning difficulties. Activities include craft, music, swimming and trampolining. At these events, children are supported by their own carers.

Places for all events must be booked in advance.

Artz+ Sportz+ is managed by West Dorset and funded by Dorset County Council's Short Breaks Transformation Project, Big Lottery, East Dorset Mencap, West Dorset District Council and East Dorset District Council.
