Full Plans Application
A Full Plans Application is required for Building Regulations consent. The Full Plans system allows your builders to price from, and work to, an approved drawing.
A Full Plans Application needs to be submitted in duplicate with the appropriate fee and plans.

The work will be checked on site and subject to satisfactory inspections a Completion Certificate will be issued at the end of the process.
