Dorset Citizens' Panel
The Citizens' Panel offers Dorset residents a regular opportunity to make a contribution to future county council decisions. There are three Citizens' Panel questionnaires each year and we have been consulting with local people this way since 2000.
Citizens' Panel members are randomly recruited so if you are contacted you could become one of the 3,000 participants, each of whom can remain on the panel for three years.
All local views and experiences are important to us, so we can get the full picture of what you think about county council issues and services. We aim to gather a representative sample of views for the whole of Dorset, as far as possible, and invite anyone from any area to take up the chance to participate.
The panel welcomes anyone over the age of 16, from any ethnic background, faith or belief, or of either gender, any sexual orientation, with or without a disability. If you are invited on to the panel, we want to hear from you!
The Dorset Citizens' Panel newsletters - 2008 to 2011 are available and the results can also be viewed on the Dorset Consultation Tracker site.
