Weymouth and Portland Borough Council committees

Detailed information on our meetings including councillors, meeting dates, reports and minutes.

The dates and times of the council and committee meetings are shown in the council's calendar of meetings and members of the public are welcome to attend.
There is an opportunity for public participation near the start of the council or committee meeting. You are able to speak at a committee meeting provided you have informed the Democratic Services Team two working days before the meeting, however, this requirement is not necessary for speaking at council meetings.
Copies of agenda and reports of council and the main committees are available at the meeting free of charge. They are also available for inspection at the council offices or the main public libraries and are published on the council's website. Paper copies of the agenda can also be purchased before the meeting. If you are interested in doing so please contact the Democratic Services Team.
