Development briefs for strategic housing sites
Development Briefs have been prepared for the three allocated housing sites in the Core Strategy.
The briefs will help guide the preparation of planning applications by developers of the three sites. They reflect local community aspirations having been prepared in consultation with the local community, landowners and developers. The briefs were adopted by council as guidance for the developments on 13 March 2012.
