Expedition approval forms

All D of E Award expeditions must be notified to the Operating Authority who will ensure that the venture meets with the Award and Dorset County Council requirements. Without this approval expeditions will not be recognised by the Award and insurance may be invalidated. You must use these forms to submit your expedition proposal at least 4 weeks prior to departure for expeditions in the UK, and at least 16 weeks prior to departure for overseas ventures.

Expedition approvals - schools

Documents you require for the approval of D of E Expeditions being planned by school DofE Groups, including Independent Schools operating under the Dorset County Council D of E Operating Authority Licence.

Expedition approvals - non-school units

Documents you require for the approval of D of E Expeditions being planned by non-school D of E Groups, including voluntary organisations operating under the Dorset County Council D of E Operating Authority Licence:
