Health walks in East Dorset
Every week, regular walks are held throughout the district. Led by volunteer health walk leaders, these free walks offer a great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new people.
There is no need to book, just turn up on the day. Newcomers are always welcome and are asked to complete a short health questionnaire before their first walk.
Moors Valley health walk
- Every Monday and Wednesday

- 60 minute walk: 9.45am for 10.00am walk
- 30 minute walk: 10.15am for 10.30am walk

Wimborne health walks
- Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

- Mondays and Tuesdays (45 minutes walk): Allendale Centre, Hanham Road, BH21 1AS
- Wednesdays (90 minutes walk): Queen Elizabeth Leisure Centre, Blandford Road, BH21 4DT
