Dorset councils are committed to delivering fair and accessible services to all people in Dorset. Carrying out equality impact assessments allows to improve the way we deliver our services.

The equality impact assessment toolkit has been devised by Dorset County Council to provide guidance to managers on how to carry out the assessment.
