What is Kampyle?
Kampyle is a feedback software tool - available to web users by clicking the static button which appears on every page of the website, labelled 'give feedback'.
It allows you to submit your thoughts on the page you are visiting, or the site as a whole. Your feedback will then be forwarded on and reviewed by the relevant service area, meaning your opinions and suggestions are reaching the right people, directly.
How does it work?
Click the feedback button situated in the bottom right hand corner of any page on dorsetforyou.com.
A window will then open, offering you the chance to give us feedback in several ways:
You can click on one of the emoticon faces which best represents your feelings of the site, ranging from angry to happy, and if you have no further comments, press send.
If you wish to comment on the site more specifically, choose a category that best fits the nature of your feedback - is it a technical issue? Maybe you wish to discuss content, or make a suggestion?
Once you have typed in your comments, press 'send' and you will have the opportunity to enter your email address - this is entirely optional as feedback can be submitted without it.
