HomeChoice is our way of letting the housing association properties which become available to let in our area.

Each Tuesday at noon the properties advertised will be updated so you can apply to be considered for them. (Please note that it may not be possible for the adverts to be displayed at 12.00 noon each Tuesday in all locations.)

This is the only way Housing Register applicants will be considered for rented properties owned by Housing Associations. The Housing Register is a list of people who want to rent Housing Association owned property in the district.

You will need to fill in an application form and return it to Purbeck District Council. Please contact the Housing needs team on 01929 557370 if you require a form or you can download the application form below.

Remember the 5 easy steps:

1. Check the property advertisements every week

2. Be realistic about the properties you are bidding for

3. Make sure your bid reaches us before bidding closes

4. Check the feedback about recent lettings to inform your choices

5. Don't give up – keep on bidding!

If you wish to bid by bringing your pre-printed coupons to the council offices at Westport House, there is a green wall mounted box on the right hand side just inside the entrance doors for you to use.
